At the very beginning of BulkMan around 2005 we joined the Bay Area Apartment Association and couldn’t have made a better decision. BAAA management staff are some of the best people around. Yes, we take paint. It is scheduled and billed separately since paint has to be taken to a special environmental disposal facility.
With the use of our APP, our drivers take before and after pictures of each pickup as well as having a GPS Marker, Date, and Time Stamp

Trash in front of the out of service compactor can be scheduled and billed separately.
All items from a trash out are removed including shower curtains, drawer items, stove/dishwasher/fridge etc.
Our trailers are 20 cubic yards equivalent to a roll off and larger than our competitors.
By law we will bring material to the property line when legally necessary. After sufficient time for the resident to obtain belongings we will be scheduled to come back and collect the rest of the material.
A specific pickup day or multiple days can be set when starting on weekly service. Some of our current customers have us pickup a day or two before their compactor is pulled to ensure consistent service from the waste/compactor hauler.
All household trash should be thrown in compactors/dumpsters but if trash pickup is needed its added to the production.

Yes, if the schedule is for Mondays and pickup was completed entirely, you can call us to come back if more production occurred after Monday.
We are fully licensed and insured FDOT/FMCSA/DOT
The time each move takes varies based on situations including the size of the home, what floors you are moving to and from or elevator wait times. A typical one bedroom home may take a few hours while a three bedroom home may take 6 to 7 hours or more. All jobs are completed the same day unless certain circumstances prevent it such as an apartment not being ready in time and overnight storage is needed.
We offer our moving services at a very competitive rate. We charge hourly and all of our pricing is up front with no hidden fees.
We accept payment by credit/debit card or cash.
We proudly offer discounts to our brave service members. We also offer discounts at apartment complexes we service and partner with, so please inquire.
We offer the industry standard Released Value Coverage or Basic Carrier Liability at $.60 per pound for all items. Full value coverage is not included and may be purchased on a case by case basis.
For the most part, we prefer customers to pack their own belongings in boxes or bags as needed. This prevents items being misplaced and also ensures our customers have an easier time unboxing at their new homes. Arrangements may be made for us to pack for you on a case by case basis.
